Weldsale Pyramids are simple to use: just drop them on the cross supports of your Cutting Table. If you choose, you can arrange them so the torch will not pass over them and damage them. Simply run your Cutting Program without Plate on the Table (and no Flame or Plasma Arc, of course) and position the pyramids so the torch will not pass over them! Then load the Plate on and cut away!They reduce Blowback (and increase tip life!). They keep your Cutting Tables from "dishing" because the cross supports are no longer getting slice up. They keep your Plate from getting "welded" onto the cross supports, and Pyramids keep the slag from sticking to the Plate at the cross supports. Using Weldsale Flame Clear Pyramids may eliminate your need to replace your Cross Supports.
